The Sarnia Braves faced the Ilderton at the Lakeside AAA Tournament Friday night in Byron.  Ilderton took a 3 - 1 lead after the first inning.  Sarnia tied things up in the third inning and it wasn't until the 6th inning when Ilderton regained the lead and then added another in the 7th to take a 5 - 3 win.

Ilderton had 12 hits and 0 errors in the game, Sarnia had 8 hits and 1 error.

Wade Babula pitched 5 2/3 innings striking out 4, walked 1 allowing 4 runs and 10 hits.  Rory Fell came in to relieve striking out 1, walked 2 allowed 1 run and 2 hits.

At Bat, Alex McLean, Nick Baljeu and Jeff Randall each had 2 singles and James Grant and Mike Damchuk each singled.

Tournament continues on Saturday with two games. The first against Erindale and an afternoon game against Milton.
