Tyler McGregor Picked up His First Career Points on National Team Debut

CALGARY, Alta. – Rookie forward Tyler McGregor picked up his first career points in his national team debut registering two assists in the 11 - 0 win over Japan Sunday night. Canada overpowered the Japanese team and took a 8 - 0 lead in the first period. Added two more in the second and one in the third.
Scoring for Canada were Marc Dorion with a hat trick, Grame Murray with two, and singles by Brad Bowden, Adam Dixon, Dominic Larocque, Brendan Blanchard, Kieran Block and Kevin Rempel.
In other action, the USA defeated Norway 3 - 1.
