The Sarnia Sting held
it's annual Black and White Game on Tuesday and Team Stamkos (Black) came up
winners with a finals score of 9 - 5 over Team Wilson (White). After
trailing 3 - 1 Team Stamkos dug in and scored six consecutive goals before
Team Wilson added their 4th in the third. Two more goals for Team
Stamkos before Team Wilson added the final goal late in the third.
Brett Dalton was the top
scorer for Team Stamkos with 2 goals. Adding to the scoreboard were
Charlie Sarault, Justice Dundas, Brett Hargrave, Matt Pinder, Domenic
Alberga, Anthony DeAngelo and Kyle Brothers.
For Team Wilson Reid
Boucher, Alexandre Renaud, Craig Hottot and Nick Latta each scored singles.
A traditional shoot out
was held at the end of the game with Team Wilson (White) taking a 2 - 1 win
after 6 shooters. Wes Baker and Alexandre Renaud scored for Team
Wilson, Anthony DeAngelo scored for Team Stamkos.
The Exhibition game
earned the Sarnia Lambton United Way approximately $3,700.00.
