Wallaceburg Jr. C Lakers held first camp

The Wallaceburg Jr. "C" Lakers camp was a huge success for the Laker Organization. Taking to the ice on Saturday, at the RBC Centre in Sarnia were 43 rookies and 15 vets .

"I was very happy with the turnout we had at the camp. The players were very competitive and showed a lot of interest in making the team. We had a lot of young talent trying out and it was also was gratifying to see the vets out competing for a spot on the Laker team. No ones job is guaranteed . I want things to change now" said Head Coach/GM Paul Grealis.

The Laker's first exhibition game is August 30th against the Mooretown Flags at the Moore Sports Recreation Centre with a  7:30 start.
