Mooretown began
their journey
for a come back
as Matt Brandon

play goal to
narrow the lead
to one.

Lakers Scott
Lubbers regained
the two point
spread at 13:17

Mooretown
continued to
fight back and

when Mooretown

for the Lakers
to give them the
6 - 5 overtime
win. Sam Jasmin

the winning goal

34. Devine
Cove took the
win in net for
the Lakers with
45 saves.
Johnson made 28
saves.
Both sides
scored two power
play goals,
Wallaceburg on
five
opportunities,
Mooretown on
nine.
The win for the
Lakers ends a
four game losing
streak as their
last win was
against the
Flags in
Mooretown back
in September.
The Lakers are
now 6 - 4 - 1.
The Flags
continue to
struggle.
This game was
their fifth game
that was decided
in overtime with
one of those
games going to a
shootout.
The Flags are
