The Flags finished the
weekend off and their 4th game in 6 nights with a 8 - 2
win over the Blenheim Blades.
The Flags pounded the Blades in the first period after
taking a 5 - 1 lead. Mike Burns opened the scoring
on the powerplay followed by Josh Teschke, Kurtis Glowa,
Jason Teschke. The Blades Brendon Anger broke the
streak late in the period but before the period was over
Burns added his second of the night.
In the second Mooretown scored two unanswered goals with
Burns scoring his third goal on the powerplay at 15:08
and Greg Babcock scored the second at 18:59.
Action continue going end to end and late in the period
at 17:28 Blenheim added their second of the night with
Matt Speed scoring for the Blads. Mike Burns went
on and scored his 4th goal of the night with 1:01
remaining in the game.
The Flags are back at
home on Saturday October 30 when they host Dresden.

3rd place in the North Division with 4 wins, 5 loss
and 1 OTL.
