The Mooretown Flags organization is gearing up for the 2008-2009
season with several changes and announcements.

Returning to the bench for the second year is Head Coach Bruce Aberhart and Assistant Coach Dara Emslie.  The Flags are happy to announce the appointment of Assistant Coach Steve Kennedy to the coaching staff.

Leaving the bench this year is trainer Doug White who has contributed to the team for many years. 

Doug has moved down south and will be greatly missed by the team and they thank him for his outstanding service!  The Flags are in the process of filling his spot on the bench.

Another major change this year to the organization is Assistant GM Jim Drexler will move into the General Manager's position.  Joe Laver's who held the position for many years will still be involved with the team behind the scenes.

The Flags are very excited with the recent announcement of their return affiliation with the Sarnia Legionnaires (formally Sarnia Blast).  The team is looking forward to working with the Legionnaires in the upcoming season!

The 2008 - 2009 Training Camp schedule has been released as per below.  Cost is a one time fee of $20.00 for any player wishing to attend.  Contact Jim Drexler for information.
