Petrolia Squires at Clinton

The Petrolia Squires
traveled to Clinton on Friday night and came home with a
7 - 2 win.
Clinton led 2 - 1 after the first period. Ryan
Chapman scored the single in the first for the Squires.
In the second period Mitch Zavitz scored on the
powerplay to tie things up. Brad Cooper also
scored for the Squires in the second and that turned out
to be the game winner with 5:49 remaining on the clock.
The Squires never looked back as they continue to score
four more unanswered goals in the thrid. Mitch
Zavitz scored 2 to give him the hattrick. Ryan Chapman
netted his second of the game and Dan Veenema scored a
single to round out the scoring roster.
The Squires are now 4 - 0 for the season and are back at
home on Friday Oct 22 when they host the Ilderton/Lucan
Jets. Game time 8:00 pm. |
