Coming
off a high after defeating last years
Sutherland Cup Champions last Saturday,
the Predators took a 11 - 4 pounding in
London Wednesday.
In the
lineup for London were two former
2009-10 OHL Players Marcus Pepe (Sarnia,
Barrie) and
Pieter
Schinkelshoek
(Ottawa,
London). Each player scored in the win (Pepe
2, Schinkelshoek 1).
After the first period London took a 3 -
0 lead. Brendan Heffernan scored
for the Predators at the start of the
second, London answered back 2 minutes
later. The Predators fought back
with three goals to tie the game at 4 -
4 with goals being scored at 4:11, 4:40
and 5:38.. Dan Morin scored back
to back goals and Cam Downie scored a
single. From that point on it was
all London as they scored four more
goals in the second and added three in
the third.
The
Predators are back in action on Saturday
when they host Chatham at the Shores
Recreation Centre. Game time
7:30pm.
