Jr. Sting defeats North London 4-2 in first Road game of
the season

The Sarnia Jr. Sting Major Atom MD travelled
to London on Tuesday night, to play their first road game of
the season vs. North London Nationals. The Jr. Sting came
up strong with the 4-2 victory. After finishing the first
period down 1-0, the Jr. Sting battled back in the second
period with 2 goals in 2 minutes by Adam L'Heureux,
assisting on the goals were Julian D'Agostini, Brent Tustill
and Dylan Schroeter. Early in the third period Jacob
Serratore jumped on a rebound in the crease to put the Sting
ahead 3-2. With under 5 minutes to go, Adam L'Heureux
potted his third goal of the game for the Hat Trick with the
assists by D'Agostini and Matthew Clouse to seal the Jr.
Sting victory. Hendrik Lindhout and Hunter Taylor were
strong once again in splitting the duties in goal. Both
played well making key saves at key moments. The Jr. Sting
play host to the LMHA Thunder on Thursday at 6:30pm at
Germain Arena.
