Sarnia vs London
November 5, 2009
The Sarnia Major Atom MD's
hadn't played for almost 2 weeks - and it showed, as
they fell to London LMHA / SSE by a score of 6 -1.
The game was scoreless until midway through the 2nd
period, when Jordan Marks of the Sting stopped a London
player at the blueline, and Jacob Serratore fired the
puck up to a streaking Dylan Schroeter on a breakaway,
who fired it home to give Sarnia a 1 - 0 lead. After
that it was all London who scored 3 goals in just over 2
minutes late in the period. The third period was more of
the same, as London scored 3 more times on a tired
looking
Sting.
Next action for Sarnia is Sunday, November 8th, as they
travel to Stratford to take on the Warriors.
