Sarnia vs West London
November 21, 2009
The Sarnia Sting Atom MD's
came out a little flat Sunday night after their high of
last weekends tournament win in Mooretown, falling to
the West London Hawks by a score of 4 - 1.
London jumped out to a 2 - 0 first period lead, and made
it 3 - 0 after two periods of play, before the Sting
scored early in the 3rd period on a goal by Keelan Kells.
Assisting on the goal were Adam L'Heureux and Dustin
Dennett. That was about all the offence Sarnia could
muster, as London scored again shortly after to put the
game out of reach. Hendrik Lindhout played well in net
for Sarnia as he had the bulk of shots in the game.
Next action for the Sting
is Wednesday night in London against Oakridge
