Sarnia vs North London

The Sarnia Sting Atom MD's
lost a heartbreaker to the North London Nationals,
losing 2 - 1, the game winner scored with just 9 seconds
left in the game.
North London opened the
scoring in the 1st period, and the 2nd period was
scoreless. Sarnia had a couple of good scoring
opportunities on powerplays, but couldn't find the back
of the net.
The Sting finally tied the game at 1 - 1 midway through
the 3rd period with Brennan Healy cutting in from the
left wing and firing it home. Julian D'Agostini and Adam
L'Heureux assisted on the goal. After that, the action
was back and forth, with London scoring on a goal mouth
scramble to end the game. Hendrik Lindhout was solid in
the Sarnia net.
Next action for Sarnia is
this weekend in a London Tournament, as they face
Erindale and Port Credit on Friday, and Stoney Creek on
Saturday.
