Storm take two on Weekend

Mooretown enjoyed a successful weekend winning both games, Saturday in Wallaceburg and back home Sunday vs Tilbury.

Saturday vs Wallaceburg

In Saturday's game the ref's tried to keep Wallyworld in the game but it was not enough to stop Mooretown as they skated to a 9-1 pounding over the Lakers.
 

Jared Pageau scored 4 goals and Rory Pickle 2 goals and 2 assists to pace the Storm. Drew Pepper (1,1), Elijah Contreras (1,1) and Keith Bogaert also scored. Aaron Dobson, Brandon Rondeau and Nolan Gladwish each added 3 assists, Hayden MacDonald had a single helper.
 

Emma McCormick was strong in net.

Sunday vs Tilbury      

Mooretown skated to a well played 17-2 win vs Tilbury.
 

Scorers were:

Jared Pageau (7,4), Drew Pepper (3,7), Rory Pickle (3,1), Elijah Contreras (1,5), Hayden MacDonald, Bailey Smalls, Brandon Rondeau(1,1), Nolan Gladwish (0,4), Keith Bogaert (0,2), Aaron Dobson (0,1).

Evan Musson was sharp in net for the win.
