vs Hamilton Reps

The Jr Sting Minor Peewees hosted
the Hamilton Reps and were able to
put up a strong defensive effort to
secure their first regular season
victory.
After a scoreless first period the
Jr Sting and the Reps traded second
period goals to make for an exciting
final frame. Penalties to the home
squad proved to be difference as the
Lambton squad were able to turn the
tables and score on two of their
four third period penalties,
including a late empty net effort to
come away with the victory in their
home regular season opener.
Scoring for the Jr Sting were
Patrick Wright from Ethan Dupont
and Griffin Dillabough and
short-handed, unassisted markers
from Isaac McLean and Franco
Sproviero. Kaden Fulcher was solid
in net to give the home team an
opportunity for the victory.
