Minor Midgets lose second straight
This past weekend the Lambton Jr Sting Minor Midgets hosted the defending Alliance champion London Jr Knights Gold in a battle to the last seconds.
Although Jamie Morreau was able to stop 25 shots the Jr Knights came out on top with a 3-2 victory, handing the Jr Sting only their second loss of the season. Both Jr Sting goals were scored by Brennan Feasey and both were assisted by Cody Trowell. Nathan Mater added a secondary assist on the second goal.
The Minor Midgets now have a couple of weeks off from league play as they head to Chicago this weekend to participate in the largest minor tournament in the world, The Bauer International Invite.
