Wayne Scarrow
Born: Sarnia,

Wayne
Scarrow is one of Sarnia Lambton’s hardest working
volunteers! A member of the Kiwanis Club of Sarnia for 40
years Wayne has dedicated his life to serving “Our Youth”.
In 1978 he began his volunteer service to Hockey. He has
served at all levels of hockey from coaching, training,
manager from Novice to Juvenile. He went on to become
President, Past President, Secretary, OMHA Contact, House
league Tournament Director of the SMAA Hockey Association.
In 1996 Wayne received life member status in SMAA Hockey.
In 1998 Wayne helped reorganize and facilitate the
amalgamation of the SMAA and ESMAA Hockey systems and became
the first Chairman of the Sarnia Hockey Association, a
position he held for 7 years. Wayne has been involved with
Silver Boys Silver Stick for over 20 years and has been the
Co-Director of the Sarnia Women’s Silver Stick for 7 years.
Currently Wayne is the Executive Director of Silver Stick
International. Wayne is married to wife Pat, together they
have 2 children Cynthia and Michael and 1 grandchild
Lindsey.
