Glenn Lecour


 

Glenn has been involved in coaching hockey, baseball and football in the minor associations and high schools for 27 years.  In 1977 and 1989 he coached atom, novice and peewee in the Mooretown Minor Hockey Association.  They won two Bluewater Championships and one All-Ontario Finalist.  Glenn from 1989 to 2000 became involved in the Lambton Lightning organization as coach of the Minor and Major PeeWee teams.  In 1991 and 1996 these teams were Alliance League Champions.

During the 1994-95 season Glenn coached the Major PeeWee's to the Alliance Championship, All Ontario Finalists and were voted Canadian Team of the Quebec Carnival Tournament.  In 1995-96 season this team repeated as Alliance League Champions.

Glenn's other passion is high school football and is a coach with the St. Clair High School Football team.  From 1997 to 2001
he has coached in the Sarnia Minor Baseball Association.  During these years the peewee's, bantam's, midget's and juvenile's all won Western Counties Baseball Championships.  In 1988 and 1989 Glenn was assistant coach in Corunna with both the Bantam and Midget teams which won Western Counties Championships and All-Ontario Titles.
